A: At this time, I don’t take custom orders. Each piece in our collection is thoughtfully designed to be versatile and meaningful. If you have a specific request or question about modifying an existing design, feel free to reach out and I’ll let you know if it’s possible.

Q: Can I change or cancel my order?

A: Because each piece is made to order, we begin crafting your jewelry as soon as your order is placed. If you need to make changes or cancel, please contact us immediately at [your email]. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request if production hasn’t started yet.

Q: Do you offer gift cards?

A: Yes! Gift cards are available in various denominations and make the perfect gift for someone who deserves something special. They never expire and can be used on any item in our collection. You can purchase gift cards here.

Q: Is my payment information secure?

A: Absolutely. We use industry-standard SSL encryption and secure payment processors. We never store your credit card information on our servers.

Q: How long will it take to receive my order?

A: Because each piece is handmade to order, please allow2-4 business days for production before shipping. Once shipped, delivery typically takes:

• US Domestic: 2-5 business days
• International: 7-14 business days (varies by location)

Q: Do you offer free shipping?

A: Yes! We offer free shipping on all US orders over $35. Orders under $35 have a flat shipping rate of $3.95.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: Yes, we ship worldwide! International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country.

Q: What if my package is lost or damaged in transit?

A: We carefully package every order to ensure safe delivery, but if something goes wrong, we’re here to help. Contact us immediately with photos (if damaged) and we’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue. We want you to love your jewelry, and we’ll make it right.

Q: Can I track my order?

A: Yes! You’ll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships. You can use this number to monitor your package’s journey to your door.

Q: Do you offer expedited shipping?

A: Yes, expedited shipping options are available at checkout for an additional fee. Please note that the 2-4 business day production time still applies before shipping. If you need your order by a specific date, contact us before ordering and we’ll do our best to accommodate rush requests when possible.

Returns & Exchanges

Q: What is your return policy?

A: We want you to absolutely love your Bijou by Sam jewelry. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, you may return unworn, undamaged items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

To initiate a return:

1. Contact us at info@bijoubysam.com within 30 days of receiving your order
2. We’ll provide a return authorization and instructions
3. Ship the item back in its original packaging
4. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item

Q: What items are not eligible for return?

A: Due to the handmade, made-to-order nature of our jewelry, we cannot accept returns on:

• Items that have been worn or damaged
• Custom or personalized pieces (if we begin offering them)
• Sale or final sale items (clearly marked)

Q: Do you offer exchanges?

A: Yes! If you’d like to exchange an item for a different piece, contact us and we’ll help you process the exchange. You’re responsible for return shipping, and we’ll ship the new item to you at no additional cost (US orders).

Every piece at Bijou by Sam is handcrafted from materials chosen for their beauty, durability, and everyday wearability. We don’t use shortcuts or mass-produced components. Instead, we work with metals and gemstones that feel as good as they look, pieces you can wear daily without worry.

Argentium Sterling Silver

We use .940 Argentium Sterling Silver for its exceptional anti-tarnish properties and lasting quality. Unlike traditional sterling silver, Argentium resists tarnishing naturally, which means your jewelry stays bright and beautiful with minimal care. It’s hypoallergenic, durable, and feels luxurious because it is. No plating, no shortcuts, just solid silver that lasts.

14k Gold Fill

Our gold pieces are crafted from 14k Gold Fill, not plated or vermeil. Gold fill offers the warmth, beauty, and durability of solid gold at an accessible price. It’s a thick layer of real 14k gold mechanically bonded to a base metal, which means it won’t flake, chip, or wear off like plating does. You get the look and feel of fine jewelry that’s made to last through everyday life.

Natural Gemstones

We choose gemstones purely for how they look and feel. Each stone is selected for its color, light, and the quiet beauty it brings to a piece. From the soft purple of amethyst to the deep blue of lapis lazuli, the calming aqua-green of amazonite, and the warm orange-red of carnelian, our gemstones add subtle color and natural variation to every design. Your Bijou by Sam jewelry is designed for everyday life. Wear it often. The natural oils from your skin actually help keep silver bright. That said, it’s best to put your jewelry on last, after applying lotions, perfumes, or hairspray, and take it off first when you get home.

Cleaning Silver

Argentium Sterling Silver naturally resists tarnish, but if you notice any dulling over time, a gentle polish with a soft jewelry cloth will restore its shine. For deeper cleaning, use warm water with a drop of mild dish soap and a soft toothbrush to gently clean around gemstones and details. Rinse thoroughly and pat dry with a soft cloth.

Cleaning Gold Fill

14k Gold Fill requires very little maintenance. Simply wipe with a soft, dry cloth after wearing to remove oils and keep it glowing. If needed, clean with warm water and mild soap, rinse well, and dry completely. Avoid harsh chemicals and abrasive cleaners.
