Unlike traditional sterling silver, Argentium resists tarnishing naturally, which means your jewelry stays bright and beautiful with minimal care. It’s hypoallergenic, durable, and feels luxurious because it is. No plating, no shortcuts, just solid silver that lasts.
• 14k Gold Fill: Our gold pieces are crafted from 14k Gold Fill, not plated or vermeil. Gold fill offers the warmth, beauty, and durability of solid gold at an accessible price. It’s a thick layer of real 14k gold mechanically bonded to a base metal, which means it won’t flake, chip, or wear off like plating does. You get the look and feel of fine jewelry that’s made to last through everyday life.
• Natural Gemstones: We choose gemstones purely for how they look and feel. Each stone is selected for its color, light, and the quiet beauty it brings to a piece. A: Every piece is handcrafted in my Montana studio when you place your order. I don’t use pre-made components. I form every jump ring, shape every earwire, and set every stone by hand. This slow, intentional process means your jewelry is made just for you, with care and attention to every detail.

Q: How long does it take to make an order?

A: Every piece is handcrafted just for you, from start to finish, at the time you place your order. Nothing sits in a bin waiting. Your jewelry is made in my Montana studio, by hand, with care, specifically because you chose it. Most orders are ready to ship within 1 to 3 days. I work thoughtfully and efficiently so your piece arrives as quickly as possible, without cutting corners on the quality you deserve.

A: Because each piece is handmade to order, please allow2-4 business days for production before shipping. Once shipped, delivery typically takes:

• International: 7-14 business days (varies by location)

Q: Do you offer free shipping?

A: Yes! We offer free shipping on all US orders over $35. Orders under $35 have a flat shipping rate of $3.95.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: Yes, we ship worldwide! International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country.

Q: What if my package is lost or damaged in transit?

Q: Do you offer expedited shipping?

A: Yes, expedited shipping options are available at checkout for an additional fee. Please note that the 2-4 business day production time still applies before shipping. If you need your order by a specific date, contact us before ordering and we’ll do our best to accommodate rush requests when possible.

Returns & Exchanges

Q: What is your return policy?

A: We want you to absolutely love your Bijou by Sam jewelry. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, you may return unworn, undamaged items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

To initiate a return:

1. Contact us at info@bijoubysam.com within 30 days of receiving your order
2. We’ll provide a return authorization and instructions
3. Ship the item back in its original packaging
4. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item

Q: What items are not eligible for return?

A: Due to the handmade, made-to-order nature of our jewelry, we cannot accept returns on:

• Items that have been worn or damaged

Your Bijou by Sam jewelry is designed for everyday life. Wear it often. The natural oils from your skin actually help keep silver bright. That said, it’s best to put your jewelry on last, after applying lotions, perfumes, or hairspray, and take it off first when you get home.

Argentium Sterling Silver naturally resists tarnish, but if you notice any dulling over time, a gentle polish with a soft jewelry cloth will restore its shine. For deeper cleaning, use warm water with a drop of mild dish soap and a soft toothbrush to gently clean around gemstones and details. Rinse thoroughly and pat dry with a soft cloth.
